Junior Installer

You install home batteries, charging stations, and solar panels at people's homes. You start at 7:00 AM at our warehouse in Hoorn. Afterward, you go out with a colleague and complete two to three assignments. By the time you leave, the installation is working.

Do you have two right hands? Then we will teach you the trade. First in the Zonneplan Academy, our own training. Then at customers' homes, alongside an experienced colleague. Home batteries are new in the Netherlands, so you will learn something that few people can do yet.

It doesn't matter what work you do now. You can also start with us from construction, hospitality, or a warehouse, as long as you are handy.

• You install the home battery, charging station, or solar panels and pull the cables.
• You connect everything. First, your colleague watches, then you do it yourself.
• You show the customer how everything works.
• You replace standard parts, such as an inverter or battery pack.

• The best tools, work clothing, and a company van with all the materials in it.
• Training that we pay for. You will obtain certificates such as VCA and NEN 3140.
• € 2,650 to € 2,850 per month, depending on your experience. You work 32 to 40 hours per week.
• 25 vacation days. You can buy a maximum of 4 extra.
• Travel expenses: € 0.23 per kilometer.
• Growth opportunities to senior installer or electrician. Your salary will increase accordingly.

• You enjoy working with your hands and quickly understand how something is put together. A diploma or experience is not necessary.
• Driver's license B. You drive to the customer yourself.
• No fear of heights. You regularly stand on a roof.
• Good Dutch. You talk to customers every day.
