ABOUT THE POSITION To support Winamax's development on numerous data analysis issues, we are recruiting an ML / AI Engineer. Within the Data team, you will actively participate in the research and development of machine learning and generative AI models to address complex issues by optimizing decision-making processes, automating tasks, and designing innovative solutions tailored to user needs. You will also be involved in evaluating model performance, deploying them into production, and staying abreast of technological advancements in artificial intelligence. JOB MISSIONS Identify business needs and issues and propose concrete and pragmatic solutions Design and maintain machine learning / generative AI models Collaborate closely with technical and product teams Actively monitor all ML / AI topics SOME PROJECT EXAMPLES Design of a Chatbot Generative AI POC (generation of technical documentation, regulatory monitoring, internal RAG use...) Analysis and modeling of data in various domains (game integrity, addiction, ...) TECHNICAL ENVIRONMENT Storage: RDS, S3, DynamoDB, Redis, Redshift Container orchestration: ECS Fargate / EC2 Jobs: Lambda, Batch Workflows: AirflowML: SageMaker / ML Flow BI: Quicksight Languages: Python, Javascript (Node) Streaming: Kafka CI: Github Action Monitoring: Cloudwatch, Grafana PROFILE SOUGHT Profile combining production experience in AI and ML (internship or work-study) with a fine understanding of LLM model architectures. Proficiency in Cloud environments and advanced Python development skills are complemented by a proactive spirit, consistently proposing solutions, and excellent communication skills.
