Junior Microsoft ERP Consultant

Memo is a young and dynamic IT consulting company, specialized in providing consulting, implementation, and customization services for Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Dynamics Business Central ERP systems. We are looking for 1 young graduate or recent graduate for a 6-month internship with the aim of definitive hiring at our Milan office. Formative objectives The resources will have the opportunity, through on-the-job training and dedicated training by the company's internal tutor, to acquire skills in the following areas: • Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Dynamics Business Central; • ERP system implementation and customization; • Data analysis and reporting; • Process optimization and improvement; • Communication and teamwork. During the internship, the selected candidate will be involved in various projects and activities aimed at developing their skills and knowledge in the field of ERP consulting. The training program will include both theoretical and practical aspects, with a focus on hands-on experience and real-world applications. At the end of the internship, the company reserves the right to hire the selected candidate as a permanent employee. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field; • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Dynamics Business Central; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication and teamwork skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Familiarity with ERP systems and their applications.
