In the course of your activity, you will steer critical material shortages at OEMs to prevent production stoppages, and support the team actively in escalation management. You will set deadlines, evaluate the urgency together with stakeholders, and lead suitable measures. Additionally, you will prepare pre- and post-management escalations, create informative reports, and work on the development of a new escalation tool.

Aufgaben

• You will be responsible for steering critical material escalations at OEMs, with the goal of preventing production stoppages in the Motormontage
• You will support the escalation managers in the team actively in processing ongoing material shortages
• You will clarify the latest deadlines and ensure that they are transparent and realistic
• In close cooperation with relevant stakeholders, you will evaluate the urgency of situations and lead suitable measures
• You will take over the pre- and post-management escalations and ensure structured communication
• You will create regular reports and evaluations for decision-making support and work on the conception of a new escalation tool - from defining requirements to test management

Qualifikation

• A completed degree in industrial engineering or comparable
• Practical experience in process design and modeling as well as project management
• First experience in moderating workshops
• Sure German and English language skills
• A self-assured appearance, conflict resolution ability, and assertiveness
