Junior Marketing Manager*in (m/w/d)

YOUNA is a KI-Chatbot that supports people who experience racism.

Sure, empathetic and discrimination-sensitive: our KI-Chatbot accompanies users in stressful situations with legal orientation, mental support, and concrete action possibilities.

Our vision: digital access to counseling around the clock for everyone affected by racism. First in Germany and then worldwide. Behind YOUNA stands a growing team based in Berlin. We are technology-driven, outcome-oriented, and co-create our product together with those affected and experts.

Tasks

• Operative implementation of our communication and marketing strategy
• Content creation for Social Media, focusing on Instagram and TikTok (idea development, editorial planning, implementation)
• Care and maintenance of our website (experience with Webflow is a plus, but not necessary)
• Responsibility for KPI tracking and performance analysis (e.g. reach, engagement, conversions)
• Drawing conclusions about optimization measures based on the performance data

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communication, Media, or comparable fields
• First practical experience in online or social media marketing
• Excellent sense for social media trends, storytelling, and visual content
• Structured, self-reliant, and data-driven work style
• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g. Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Experience with Webflow or other CMS systems is advantageous
• Excellent German and English language skills
