Aufgaben

• Betreuung der eigenen Online Portale
• Unterstützung beim Ausbau und Weiterentwicklung unserer Kanäle und Projekte (Websites, Apps, Video-Podcasts, Fachmagazine, Social-Media-Kanäle, etc.)
• SEO-Maßnahmen (On- und Offpage), um die Sichtbarkeit unserer Inhalte zu steigern
• Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von hochwertigem Content für E-Mail Newsletter, Webseite, Paid Content und Social Media
• Steuerung von Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) und Google Ads
• Analyse und Reporting der Performance unserer Marketing-Kanäle
• Koordination und Betreuung unserer hauseigenen Werbe-Placements (Display-Advertising, Online-Advertorials, Standalone-Newsletter, etc.)
• Unterstützung beim Marketing unserer Messen und Events wie die FIBO, fithera, MEET THE TOP, Deutscher Gesundheitsball (Digital, Print, Messestand, Mailings, etc.)
• Koordination und Steuerung von Agenturen und Druckereien

Qualifikation

• Mindestens 2–3 Jahre Erfahrung im Marketing-Bereich (B2B oder B2C)
• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisses in Wort und Schrift
• Erfahrung in der Pflege von Content-Management-Systemen (bspw. Typo3, WordPress, o. ä.) und Social-Media-Kanälen (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Neugierde und Experimentierfreude beim Testing und Einarbeitung in neue Kanäle (bspw. WhatsApp Broadcast, TikTok, Chatbots, etc.)
• Kreativität und Hands-on-Mentalität, um bestehende und neue Projekte voranzubringen
• Nice to have: Erfahrungen mit E-Mail-Newsletter-Programmen (bspw. Mailchimp) und Bildbearbeitungssoftware (Adobe Creative Cloud)
• Nice to have: HTML-Vorkenntnisse und Erfahrungen beim Schalten von Ads (Meta, Google)
