Junior Marketing Manager*in im Digital Health Start-up

Myo is one of the first companies that has managed to establish digitalization in the field of elderly care, and thereby creates transparency, appreciation, and fun at work. We work every day hard on improving the lives of caregivers in nursing by freeing them from unnecessary, repetitive tasks.

After we have already won over 400 customers in DACH and England for our service, we want to use our completed Series-A financing of €10m to grow up from start-up to grown-up. For this, we are looking for a Junior Customer Success Manager*in (m/w/d) who supports the Operations Team and ensures a smooth and high-quality customer care.

Aufgaben

• Development and creation of blog articles, social media posts, newsletters, and other content
• SUPPORT in conceiving content strategies
• Maintenance and further development of our website contents
• Research on trend themes, target group needs, and keyword potentials
• SUPPORT in planning, implementing, and optimizing paid campaigns (e.g. Google Ads, Social Ads)
• Analysis of campaign performance and derivation of action recommendations
• Participation in A/B tests and conversion optimization
  Monitoring relevant KPIs and reporting to the team
• Organization and implementation of internal and external events (e.g. trade shows, webinars, workshops)
• Coordination with external service providers and partners
  Development of event concepts and accompanying marketing materials

Qualifikation

• You have an interest in the care industry
• You have already successfully completed a study in the field of Marketing, Communication, Media or comparable
• You can demonstrate first practical experiences in marketing (at least one year of relevant experience)
• You are creative and also have an analytical mindset
• Very good written expression skills in German
• Familiarity with common marketing tools (e.g. CMS, Google Analytics, Social Media Tools)
• Teamwork, organizational skills, and willingness to take responsibility
• You work proactively and result-oriented
• You have a market-oriented approach & hands-on mentality
• You are characterized by the combination of quantitative analytical and qualitative communicative skills
• You know the latest marketing trends
