Junior Marketing Manager (m/w/d) Full-time

g-lab is an internationally oriented premium Outerwear fashion label with its headquarters in Düsseldorf. g-lab combines Contemporary Fashion with innovative technology and functionality to Supreme Weatherwear. To strengthen our marketing team, we are looking for a motivated, structured personality who has a keen interest in a versatile field of activity.

Tasks

You will support the marketing team in implementing suitable content and marketing strategies for our brand:

• Conceptualization and creation of online campaigns and BTL & marketing measures
• Planning and implementation of eCom shootings and content productions
• Care and community management of the brand accounts on Instagram, as well as other relevant platforms
• Creation of reports and presentations

Qualification

• A completed commercial education, training in the marketing field, or study (e.g. Marketing, Communication, Media, Economics)

or

Equivocal professional experience in online marketing, content marketing, or social media management

• A high affinity to digital topics and social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)
• A good text- and storytelling-feeling as well as understanding of brand leadership
• A good sense for trends and themes in the fashion segment
• High organizational skills and very quick comprehension ability
• You are communicative and work well with people
• You are a team player, but also work independently
• You have high endurance
• You possess secure German- and English-language skills in writing and speaking
• You have very good MS Office and graphic program (Figma, Photoshop or comparable) knowledge
• Optional: Experience in dealing with influencers
• Optional: Experience in content production
