We are looking for a (Junior) Marketing Manager (m/w/d) to join our dynamic team in Vienna. As a (Junior) Marketing Manager (m/w/d), you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Your tasks will include: • Developing and implementing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement; • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies; • Collaborating with the events team to develop and execute event concepts; • Maintaining and updating the marketing database; • Assisting in the development of marketing materials and content; • Supporting the marketing team in the planning and execution of marketing activities; • Providing input and support for the development of marketing strategies and initiatives; • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the leisure or entertainment industry; • Strong understanding of marketing principles and concepts; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite; • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities; • Fluency in English and German (written and spoken).
