We are elvent – a Direct-to-Costumer brand for high-quality Outdoor Products for Families, developed for unforgettable experiences in everyday life and on travel.

In addition to elvent, you will also support Flowers & Me, a rapidly growing DIY-Deko-Marke that connects creativity and home aesthetics in a unique way.

Both brands are growing strongly in E-Commerce and Social Media – and you will play a crucial role in developing performance campaigns data-driven and creatively.

Our office is located in Spaichingen. The position can be worked 100% remotely. If you're nearby, we'd love to see you at the office sometime.

The position will be filled from March 1st, 2026.

Aufgaben

As Junior Marketing Manager, you will support the growth of elvent and Flowers & Me and work closely with the creative team. You will set up campaigns, test them, and learn to improve performance systematically.

• Google Ads operationalize and optimize (Search, Shopping/PMax, ggf. YouTube)
• Meta Ads set up and test (Creative/Audience), Retargeting maintain, results compare
• Reporting create and derive To-dos (MER, CAC, Contribution Margin;
