Now we are taking the next step: We are preparing our market entry in the UK – and are looking for you as a Marketing Manager (as a freelancer or part-time 15-20 hours/week) to join us on this step.

Your Impact

Together with our Marketing Team, you will launch Mammutmarsch in the UK – from local marketing ideas to initial campaigns and partnerships. You will contribute your market understanding, implement measures independently, and ensure that concepts translate into real resonance within the community.

Your Responsibilities

• Go-to-Market UK: local marketing planning, roadmap, and setting up initial measures

• Social Media First: plan, create, and publish UK-adapted content; manage the editorial calendar and posting cadence

• Community Building: engage in dialogue, handle comments/messages, live by community guidelines, systematically expand organic reach

• Campaign Execution: operationally manage and continuously optimize social and influencer campaigns

• Content Production: develop short clips/UGC, snippets, visuals, and copy for the UK

• Performance Basics: track KPIs, create analyses, and derive learnings

• Secondary: research relevant partners/networks and initiate them on a project basis

What You Bring

• Initial professional experience in marketing (e.g., social, influencer, PR, campaigns, community)

• Very independent, solution-oriented work style and enjoyment in building new structures

• Creativity and courage to explore new paths

• Excellent UK market understanding: culture, trends, media/platforms; excellent linguistic intuition

• Language skills: English at an advanced level; other languages are a plus

• Willingness to travel for occasional UK activities

• Enthusiasm for our mission and events
