Junior Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

For our team in Munich, we are looking for a Junior Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen our team, who will take on operational responsibility for real customer projects and is eager to grow with us.

As a specialized agency for digital marketing, we develop tailor-made systems with which companies can specifically address their desired customers, increase their visibility, and generate predictable new B2B inquiries. Especially in the industrial environment, digital channels are becoming increasingly important to be visible to the right decision-makers at the right time.

Tasks

Your Areas of Responsibility (after intensive training)

• In this position, you will independently manage the digital channels and online marketing measures of our customers from the industrial mid-market.
• Social Media Management: Holistic, strategic, and operational support of customer channels (postings, content planning, and campaigns).
• Copywriting: Conception and writing of sales-effective advertising texts for the optimal marketing of the respective customer services.
• Web Design: Conception, design, and visual creation of modern, converting landing pages and websites.
• Online Marketing Campaigns: Creation, management, and continuous support of advertisements via common platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
• SEO Measures: Sustainable implementation of goal-oriented SEO measures in various customer projects to increase organic reach.
• Reporting & Optimization: Creation of data-based analyses and reports as well as proactive optimization to ensure campaign success.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training or degree in marketing, media, or communication.
• First practical experience in online marketing, social media, or content creation is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SEO, online ads, web design, and tools such as Canva/Adobe CC is an advantage.
• Quick comprehension as well as an independent, structured way of working.
• Enjoyment of writing, an eye for design, and strong communication skills (also with customers).
• Team spirit, reliability, and high motivation for a dynamic agency environment.
• Flawless German and confident English, both written and spoken.
• Technical understanding or previous experience in the industrial sector is a plus.
