Junior Marketing Manager (m/w/d) in successful E-Commerce Company

Tasks

As Junior Marketing Manager (m/w/d) for the brand "AM Qualitätsmatratzen", you will steer external agencies together with the founder and CEO, and learn faster than anywhere else what matters in each individual channel. The focus lies on:

• Paid Growth (Meta and Demand Gen): Leadership of performance and creative agencies, including testing roadmap, reporting, and quality control.
• Creatives & Turns: Steering of concepts, briefings, and production partners/creators
• Influencer / Creator Marketing: Agency steering, KPI tracking, whitelisting/repurposing for paid.
• CRM (Lifecycle/Retention): Steering of our external partner (flows, campaigns, segmentation)
• CRO / CVR: Steering of external CRO partners, prioritization and testing of landing pages/PDP/checkout/offers mechanisms; continuous conversion improvement along the funnel.

As Junior Marketing Manager (m/w/d), you will work directly with the founder and CEO, which enables very quick decisions and very fast progress. Your tasks have the highest relevance for the medium- and long-term success of the company and therefore enjoy a high level of importance. At the same time, you have a high degree of self-responsibility and decision-making freedom.

The work is simply fun in such great dynamics, and you will see very quickly what you can achieve concretely. The friendly atmosphere in our highly motivated team and beautiful, centrally located office rooms (with rooftop garden :-) ) at Neumarkt round off the job.

Qualification

We only rely on top-notch employees! Therefore:

• You have a degree in economics with outstanding success
• You have strong analytical skills and strategic thinking to identify business opportunities and market potential
• You have a quick understanding and work structured
• Negotiation skills and experience in concluding contracts and agreements
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English, as well as written word
• High self-motivation, goal orientation, and entrepreneurial thinking
