Aufgaben

You help our clients with your expertise in B2B marketing. You feel just as at home when advising and conceptualizing measures as you do when implementing them. When implementing integrated online marketing activities, you ensure smooth processes in coordination with colleagues, external partners, and the client.

Beratend & steuernd:

• Projekt-Lead: Self-responsible, comprehensive management of projects for various clients
• Strategische Kundenberatung: You are the first point of contact for your clients and develop convincing marketing and communication strategies
• Konzeption von Maßnahmen: Creation and presentation of concepts, including lead generation, content marketing, email marketing.
• Aktive Kundenentwicklung: You identify potential and suggest additional services to the client that will benefit them

Operativ umsetzend:

• Analysen: You analyze the status quo of marketing measures and lead based on best practices recommendations and concepts
• Präsentationen: You create and present PPTs (also for complex concepts) confidently
• Content-Planung konkret: In line with the strategy, you develop and coordinate content for ads, content marketing, and landing pages, align them with the clients and ensure implementation
• Einsatz von KI-Tools: You use AI tools self-evidently and purposefully in everyday life
• Kaufmännische Aufgaben: Creation of offers, evaluations, and accounting

Qualifikation

• Completed university degree or training in the field of communication/advertising/marketing
• 3+ years of professional experience, agency experience is an advantage
• Experience in project management/customer consulting from online marketing projects
• Very good knowledge of B2B (online) marketing
• Economic understanding and a keen sense for customer needs
• Solid appearance, presentation talent, excellent communication skills
• Structured and self-responsible work
• You are reliable, flexible, and resilient without sacrificing the fun of the job
• Languages: German fluently, very good English knowledge
