Junior Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

We are a family-owned company since 1935, member of the Elektro-Innung Würzburg, and as such we possess strength in electrical engineering, both in building installation and with great expertise in the field of renewable energies (energy management, photovoltaics) and network-, glass-fiber technology. As a member of EURONICS Deutschland eG, we sell electronics articles in various fields (e.g., entertainment electronics, home technology, multimedia & PC etc.). We offer numerous services from consulting to installation and repair, which are carried out reliably and carefully by our competent team.

We are looking for motivated employees who will drive the development and further growth of our marketing for two locations forward in a great team. Start date: immediately.

Tasks

• Development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy with focus on regional visibility and sales growth
• Planning, control, and evaluation of online and offline marketing measures (e.g., social media, Google Ads, flyers, actions)
• Conceptualization and execution of sales promotions, events, and campaigns in our markets
• BUILDING AND DEVELOPMENT OF OUR SOCIAL MEDIA PRESENCE
• CLOSE COLLABORATION WITH EURONICS CENTRAL OFFICE, INDUSTRY PARTNERS, AND INTERNAL TEAMS
• SUPPORT IN OFFICE ORGANIZATION AND INTERNAL PROCESSES TO OPTIMIZE FLOW
• PARTICIPATION IN THE FIELD OF TRADE AND SALES TO BETTER UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER NEEDS AND MARKET POTENTIAL
• SUPPORT AND PROSPECTIVE EXPANSION OF B2B PROJECT CUSTOMER BUSINESS AND ACQUISITION
• FULL-TIME
