(Junior) Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

To drive our growth forward and strengthen our online visibility, we are looking for you as (Junior) Marketing Manager (m/w/d).

Here you can actively contribute to the digital growth of our company and work together with a small, highly motivated team on exciting marketing and e-commerce topics. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and receive direct insights into strategic and operational marketing work.

Tasks

Your tasks

• Creative design of ads, banners, and sales materials for online and offline channels
• Creation and design of WordPress pages (landing pages, content pages, campaign pages)
• Support in marketing operations and e-commerce processes
• Creation of social media graphics and marketing materials for campaigns
• Maintenance and optimization of website contents and marketing assets according to SEO best practices
• Closely working with the Head of Marketing

Qualification

• First experience in marketing, design, or e-commerce (e.g. through studies, internship, or work student activity)
• Good knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe InDesign
• Basic understanding of WordPress or website content management
• A good eye for design, layout, and brand communication
• Technology affinity and high openness to the use of AI to increase efficiency in the working day and interest in modern marketing trends.
• Structured and reliable work style
• Motivation, willingness to learn, and to develop yourself in digital marketing
• Good German language skills in writing and speaking
