As a Junior Marketing Manager B2B (m/f/d) part-time at our Mainz-Kastel location (from 25 hours per week), you will support our marketing team in planning, implementing, and evaluating diverse marketing activities.

Responsibilities

• Event Management: Support in the organization and execution of trade fairs, events, and training sessions
• Solution Marketing: Compiling and updating product information, presentations, and user reports
• Online Marketing: Maintenance and further development of the online and social media presence
• Marketing Analytics: Measuring the success of all marketing activities and campaign controlling, as well as market and competitor monitoring

Qualifications

• Education: Completed vocational training or a degree in a marketing-related field
• Software Skills: Very good knowledge of MS 365 programs, basic knowledge of a CRM system, and ideally initial experience with CMS
• Languages: German and English skills (C1 level)
• Soft Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, pronounced teamwork ability, organizational talent, analytical thinking, and creativity
• Work Style: Marketing all-rounder with curiosity, enthusiasm, and independent working style, enjoyment of an international environment
• Creative Tools: Good eye for media design. Initial experience with e.g. Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud – photography is also welcome
• Technical Basic Understanding: Ideally, experience in a technical environment or interest in mechanical engineering and industrial processes
