Junior Marketing Automation Manager for HubSpot (m/w/d) in a special Online Marketing Agency

Tasks

• Conceptualization and implementation of automations with HubSpot, Make, Zapier, n8n
• Counseling clients on CRM-, marketing-, sales- and service-automizations (focus: HubSpot)
• Implementation and onboarding of the HubSpot platform for clients
• Optimization of workflows, deal pipelines, lead scoring & ticket automations
• Carrying out data migrations from other systems via file import, API or no-/low-code tools
• Use of KI-tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) for strategy- and process optimization

Qualification

• Pleasure in personal counseling of clients primarily from the B2B environment
• First experience in the CRM, HubSpot or marketing automation field
• Pleasure in technically-logistical thinking and optimizing digital processes
• Experience with HubSpot or comparable tools (e.g. Salesforce, Klaviyo, Brevo)
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn Make, Zapier, n8n
• Basic understanding of CRM structures, objects, and segmentation
• Very good German knowledge** and secure communication in English
