Jr Manufacturing Engineer - Assembly Processes (2084)

ALTERN MÉXICO is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join the Assembly Engineering team, focused on documentation, analysis, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. This role is aimed at profiles with industrial engineering training and skills to manage digital tools, technical documentation, and engineering changes in productive environments. Activities: Create and maintain technical documentation of manufacturing processes such as SOE (Standard Operating Procedures), FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), and 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain). Develop and implement process improvements, including lean manufacturing and six sigma methodologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve manufacturing problems. Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity. Develop and maintain technical documentation of manufacturing processes, including procedures, diagrams, and reports. Provide technical support to production teams and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new manufacturing processes and procedures. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. Knowledge of lean manufacturing and six sigma methodologies. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
