Junior Manager Treasury (m/f/d)

Our client is a family-run company with around 370 employees and has been actively involved in shaping the energy transition for many years. The range of services extends from photovoltaics and battery storage to charging infrastructure for private customers, businesses, and industry. For the further expansion of the Finance Organization, a central Junior Manager Treasury is now being sought for the first time.

Tasks

In this newly created role, you will take central responsibility for operational treasury and, together with Finance Management, develop future-proof structures and processes.

• Liquidity Management: Responsibility for daily cash disposition as well as creation and ongoing updating of operative 13-week and strategic 13-month liquidity planning.
• Cash Management: Management of internal and external payment transactions as well as further development of existing cash pooling structures.
• Financing: Administration of intercompany financing as well as structuring and management of external financing and credit lines.
• Bank Management: Central contact person for core banks and financing partners as well as negotiation of suitable financing solutions.
• Guarantee Management: Management and administration of existing guarantee and surety lines.
• Treasury Processes: Analysis and continuous optimization of processes, systems, and cost structures as well as identification of sensible automation possibilities.
• Interfaces: Close cooperation with Finance Management, Accounting as well as auditors and tax advisors.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial apprenticeship with appropriate further training, a business administration degree with a focus on Finance, Treasury, or Controlling, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in treasury, finance, or a banking environment.
• In-depth practical knowledge in liquidity management, cash management, and payment transactions.
• Experience with cash pooling, intercompany financing, credit lines, and cooperation with banks.
• Proficient in Excel and experience with ERP systems.
• Confident demeanor and secure communication with internal stakeholders, banks, and external partners.

• Experience in optimizing or building treasury processes and structures
• Knowledge of SAP Business One
• Experience with digitalization and automation in treasury or finance
• Interest in the meaningful use of AI within finance and treasury
