We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Junior Manager, Risk Management who will be responsible for managing risk across the organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of risk management principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies that align with the company's overall objectives. • Identify, assess, and prioritize risks across the organization, providing recommendations for mitigation or acceptance. • Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective risk management practices are implemented and maintained. • Provide training and guidance to employees on risk management best practices. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements related to risk management. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. • At least 3 years of experience in risk management or a related field. • Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Certification in Risk Management (e.g., PRMIA, GARP) is an asset.
