What you will achieve:

As a Junior Manager Paid Social (Mensch), you are responsible for the holistic management of social media campaigns. Additionally, you will undertake the following tasks:

• You will be responsible for the technical implementation of campaigns for our renowned B2C client and manage them from briefing to final reporting.
• You will ensure the quality assurance of campaigns on platforms such as Meta or TikTok Business Manager.
• You will advise our clients on the implementation of Paid Social campaigns.
• You will optimize campaigns based on KPIs and generate valuable learnings for our clients.
• You will create reports for client meetings or based on ad-hoc requests for internal departments.

What makes you stand out:

• You have successfully completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communication Sciences, Media Economics, or similar, or a comparable vocational training.
• You enjoy working with Microsoft Office and are not afraid to work with Excel in particular.
• You are enthusiastic about Paid Social, digital topics, and technology.
• You value further education and want to learn new things.
• You work in a structured, independent manner and enjoy working in a team.
• You impress with very good communication skills, a confident demeanor, and good presentation skills.
• You feel comfortable in English business conversations and can create and deliver presentations in English.
