Regenerative energy producers, consumers, storage units, and high-performance charging columns are interconnected and intelligently managed within this Ökosystem.

Hierzu work the highly specialized companies VISPIRON ENERGY, VISPIRON EPC, SEtrade, CHARGE-V, and VISPIRON ECO INVESTMENT as a unit together and cover the value chain from project structuring over plant construction to energy marketing, capacity trading, and operation management.

Tasks

Job Results - Activities

• Project Evaluation & Decision-Making Grounds:

You analyze, evaluate, and prepare projects based on valid and sustainable data to enable decisions for capital acquisition or sale.

• Project Financing:

You structure and implement self-financing and external financing structures, particularly for IPP projects such as Charge Farms, Energy Parks, and Battery Storage Systems (BESS).

• Project Structuring:

You develop bankable, optimized, and stakeholder-friendly project structures.

• Transaction Management:

You accompany and close purchase and sale processes to actively optimize the project and portfolio.

• Stakeholder Management:

You align with internal and external stakeholders like investors, banks, and partners to ensure high acceptance of evaluation and structuring approaches.

• Further Development of the Task Area:

You continuously identify improvement potential along business requirements of ENERGY WORLD and build the network actively out.

Qualification

Your Competencies

• Background: You possess an academic degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a comparable education
• Professional Experience: You bring ideal first experiences or touchpoints in project evaluations, project financing, or asset sales, preferably in the context of renewable energies or infrastructure.
• Analytical Competence: You possess good skills in financial modeling, economic analyses, and decision-making grounds preparation.
• Investments & Structures: You think in investments and understand societal legal requirements as well as tax implications of project structures.
• Negotiation & Communication: You negotiate sovereignly with banks, investors, and internal stakeholders.
• Eigeninitiative & Prioritization: You work structured, self-responsible, and solution-oriented and bring a pronounced hands-on mentality.
• Languages: You possess reliable German and English language skills in writing and speaking.
