(Junior) Manager International Sales & Export (m/w/d)

Our client is a successful Austrian production company in the food industry with international business activities and strongly growing export business. The company supplies customers in numerous markets beyond Europe and continuously builds its international sales structure. The situation for your entry: To ensure the sustainable security and further development of the international business, this position is being created anew. Goal is to establish a well-structured and efficient international sales organization with a focus on customer satisfaction, market analysis, and strategic planning. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing a comprehensive international sales strategy, • Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and partners, • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth, • Collaborating with the export team to develop and implement effective export strategies, • Identifying and addressing potential risks and challenges in the international business, • Maintaining accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market analysis. Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in International Business, Marketing, or a related field, • At least 3 years of experience in international sales or export management, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) is an advantage.
