Kijimea – From research. For your life. Since our founding in 2011, we have pursued a clear vision: We want to harness the potential of the microbiota (bacteria) in our gut for a longer and healthier life – for everyone.

We achieved a first major milestone back in 2013 with the discovery and clinical research of the unique bacterial strain B. bifidum MIMBb75 (Kijimea Irritable Bowel Syndrome). Since then, we have been able to significantly improve the lives of millions of irritable bowel syndrome patients worldwide. Today, B. bifidum MIMBb75 is one of the most researched bacterial strains worldwide. Its efficacy and unique mechanism of action have been proven and published in numerous clinical studies – including in renowned journals such as The Lancet.

We work with leading research institutions such as Charité Berlin to investigate the connections between the microbiota (bacteria in our gut) and allergies, skin diseases, and mental health disorders. In short: We are investigating how the bacteria in our gut influence a longer and healthier life.

Your Mission With Us

Are you passionate about developing creative influencer campaigns and building long-term success with the right creators? Then get started now as a (Junior) Manager Influencer Marketing (m/f/d) in a dynamic and fast-growing company in the healthcare industry! Your Tasks

• You will identify suitable influencers/creators, negotiate the conditions/contracts, and maintain close communication with them regarding their posts. At the same time, you will nurture existing relationships, thereby building a strong network.

• You will consider how individual process steps in influencer marketing can be automated and will be directly involved in their implementation.

• You will analyze campaign performance (reach, engagement, ROAS) and derive actionable recommendations from it.

• You will follow current trends in social media and influencer marketing and use them to develop new ideas and approaches.

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed a university degree, ideally in an economic or scientific field.

• You have already gained initial professional experience in marketing or sales – ideally in influencer marketing.

• You are communicative and enjoy interacting with influencers/creators and agencies – regarding the creative implementation of campaigns, but also in price negotiations.

• You enjoy generating concrete action recommendations from quantitative analyses and discussing them with management.

• You are proactive and remain calm even when faced with short-term requests.

• You are a team player and are known for your organizational talent and project management skills.

• You possess fluent German and English language skills (minimum C1 level).
