For our agency headquarters in Fürth (Nuremberg Metropolitan Region), we are looking for a Junior Manager Clipping & Reporting (m/f/d) in full-time, effective immediately.

Responsibilities

The core of your activity is the documentation of the success of our communication work for our clients. Because: Good communication doesn't just have to happen – its success must also be made visible. You will compile publications, reach, media contacts, and other relevant key figures, and transform them into understandable and meaningful success documentation. This makes you the interface between our daily PR work and the measurable representation of its results.

Your responsibilities include:

• Continuous monitoring of relevant online, print, TV, radio, and social media channels
• Research and collection of publications related to our clients, products, brands, and relevant topics
• Creation, maintenance, and structured preparation of media clippings
• Creation of regular success documentation and reports for our clients
• Preparation of the achieved media coverage in clear and meaningful presentations
• Collection and analysis of relevant key figures and KPIs
• Quantitative and qualitative evaluation of media coverage
• Creation of monthly, quarterly, annual, and campaign reports
• Documentation of the results of product launches, press events, trade fairs, and PR campaigns
• Support of the PR team in analyzing and evaluating communication measures
• Further development of our reporting structures and processes

Qualifications

For this position, we are looking for someone who enjoys working in a structured manner, handles information carefully, and finds satisfaction in creating a coherent overall picture from many individual results.

Ideally, you bring:

• Strong organizational skills and a very structured way of working
• Diligence, reliability, and a good eye for detail
• Interest in media, communication, PR, and technology
• Enjoyment of working with numbers, data, and key figures
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Very good German language skills as well as good English language skills
• Ability to present complex information clearly and understandably
• Independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Customer-oriented, professional, and dependable demeanor
• Flexibility and team spirit

Initial experience in PR, media monitoring, media analysis, reporting, or communication is an advantage – however, diligence, analytical thinking, and the willingness to familiarize yourself with our topics and processes are more important to us.
