(Junior) Management Consultant (all genders)

Tasks

• Participation in demanding transformation and innovation projects in the energy and industrial sectors, from analysis to implementation at the customer's site
• Independent assumption of work packages, e.g., market, data, and process analyses, business cases, as well as preparation of decision papers and workshops
• Contribution of your technical understanding at the interface of technology, AI, and business models, e.g., in the evaluation and implementation of AI use cases
• Direct collaboration with experienced project managers and the founders, with a steep learning curve and early customer responsibility
• Active co-design and joint building of our company, brand, partner network, and team

Qualification

• Excellent university degree (Bachelor/Master) with a technical background, e.g., Industrial Engineering, Energy Economics/Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, (Business) Computer Science, or Natural Sciences
• First practical experience through internships or working student positions, ideally in consulting or the energy industry
• Structured and solution-oriented way of working with an eye for detail and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
• Confident and critically reflective handling of AI models as well as curiosity about their technological foundations, limitations, and sensible application areas
• Team spirit and empathy, fun and interest in innovation and consulting
• Very good German (C2) and English skills (C1) as well as willingness to travel for regular, nationwide customer appointments
