(Junior) Litigation Counsel (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• As part of the Dispute Resolution Team, you will be responsible for communication with trades and the opposing party, among other things.

• You will manage your own cases and be responsible for them end-to-end.

• You will support in drafting submissions, prepare them, and be an important point of contact for factual clarification.

• You will resolve disputes and decide whether we aim for a commercial or procedural solution.

Your profile

• You have successfully completed your 1st State Examination in Law.

• Your communication is always on point and you enjoy drafting legal documents and pleadings.

• You enjoy working interdisciplinarily with different teams and can explain legal requirements understandably.

• You have C-level German and English skills and find it easy to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

• You see new and unknown issues as challenges that you solve independently.
