Linkbuilding is not an appendix at our agency, but a central building block of our tried-and-tested 3-phase method. We are currently expanding our Linkbuilding team – and are looking for someone who is passionate and structured.

Aufgaben

You take over operational and strategic responsibility in Linkbuilding – independently, structured, result-oriented.

Kernaufgaben – Daily Operations

• Eigenständige Buchung von Linkplatzierungen bei hochwertigen Publishern
• Tägliche Publisher-Kommunikation: Erst- und Folgekorrespondenz, Verhandlung, Nachverfolgung
• Publisher Outreach: Neuen Publisher-Kontakte identifizieren, ansprechen & aufbauen
• ERP-System pflegen: alle Link- und Publisher-Daten sauber dokumentieren und aktuell halten
• Qualitätssicherung: Platzierte Links auf Relevanz, Qualität & KPI-Einhaltung prüfen
• Ranking-Reports erstellen und pflegen

Research & Strategie

• Publisher-Research: Neue Quellen, Nischen & Linkpartner aktiv recherchieren
• Publisher-Netzwerk: Qualität und Aktualität des Netzwerks laufend sicherstellen
• Vorarbeit neue Projekte: Publisher-Potenziale für neue Kunden analysieren und aufbereiten
• Linkaufbaupläne befüllen: Links strategisch passend zu Zielseiten einsetzen
• Aktive Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung interner Prozesse & Workflows

Qualifikation

We are more interested in your attitude & practical experience than your degree.

Das bringst Du mit

• Practical experiences in Linkbuilding, Outreach or SEO
• Experience in communication with external partners or customers
• Basic knowledge in SEO tools like Ahrefs, Sistrix or Semrush is a plus – no must-have
• Structured, self-responsible working style – remote is not a problem for you
• Very good German skills in writing and speaking; English is an asset
• Analytical thinking & number affinity: you work data-based
• Learning willingness & hands-on mentality: you are motivated, take action and want to develop further
