Junior Legal Specialist

We are selecting a Junior Legal Specialist who will be responsible for preparing national and international contractual documentation and managing related corporate affairs documentation. Specifically, activities will include: Risk management in all business areas ensuring compliance with applicable laws on a case-by-case basis and providing legal support to various company functions in relation to day-to-day themes. Support in preparing contracts and agreements, as well as drafting and reviewing documents related to corporate governance and compliance. Collaboration with the Legal Department to ensure the correct application of company policies and procedures. Analysis and interpretation of legal texts and regulations, including international treaties and conventions. Preparation of reports and summaries on legal matters and trends. Participation in training sessions and workshops for employees on legal topics. Development of a knowledge base on legal issues and best practices. Coordination with external consultants and experts to ensure the correct application of company policies and procedures. Support in preparing and reviewing documents related to corporate governance and compliance. Preparation of reports and summaries on legal matters and trends.
