Junior Legal Counsel (m/f/d)

As a Junior Legal Counsel (m/f/d), you will support our team in operational day-to-day business and ensure that legal matters are implemented in a structured, reliable, and timely manner.

You will work closely with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Sales) as well as external partners and take responsibility for central administrative and operational tasks in the legal department.

Your Tasks:

• Contract Management & Commercial: Review and approval of incoming contracts, support with commercial agreements (service providers, partners), creation of NDAs, and coordination of signatures

• Legal Administration & Administration: Business registrations, maintenance of chamber/network operator entries, and support with rental, electricity, and fleet topics

• Data Protection & Compliance: Processing of data subject requests, management of AVVs (Data Processing Agreements), and support with regulatory topics and monitoring of changes

• Product Liability & Warranty: Processing of complaints and initial assessment of liability cases in coordination with Operations and Technology

• Disputes & Litigation: Support in receivables management, processing of lawyer's letters, and preparation of documents for external law firms

• Legal Research & Support: Research on economic, data protection, and regulatory law topics, as well as support for internal teams in daily business

• Legal Operations & Projects: Maintenance of legal tools, deadline management, and further development of templates, processes, and cross-functional projects

Your Profile:

• You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, business law, or training as a legal assistant or in a commercial field (m/f/d).

• Interest in business-related legal issues

• You speak German at a native level and fluent English.

• It is advantageous (but not a mandatory requirement) if you have already gained relevant professional experience in a law firm or the legal department of a B2C startup
