(Junior) Label & Product Manager Catalog (m/f/d)

What you will do

• You will be an important interface between our labels, the catalog department, and all internal departments responsible for the release of our products, working closely with PMM, CMM & Artist/Management, as well as national and international repertoire owners.
• You will manage the entire product development process together with other internal interfaces, from creation to scheduling to delivery to DSPs – from A for Apple Music to Y for Youtube.
• You will monitor compliance with relevant timelines & deadlines and ensure the implementation of sensible and technically flawless digital and physical product setups. 
• You will support release planning in collaboration with PMM, CMM & Artist/Management as well as national and international repertoire owners.
• Your creativity is in demand when developing physical product configurations, as is your expertise in assessing the D2C setup together with subject matter experts.
• You will coordinate the physical product setup with other subject matter experts, including all related tasks.
• You will ensure clear coordination & administration of artist & catalog projects in internal systems – both for onboarding and offboarding, as well as for repertoire acquisitions and transfers.
• You will help ensure that our products are chart-eligible and GFK-reported.
• You will maintain the release plan for your department 

Who you are

• You have (initial) relevant professional experience in label & product management or related work areas.
• You are familiar with the current trends in the digital world, merchandise products, and music streaming.
• You are proficient with Microsoft 365. 
• You speak German and English fluently.
• You work precisely and approach others. You can be relied upon.
• You remain cool and keep an overview even with the most complex processes.
• You feel comfortable as part of a team, and everyone knows they can trust you.
• Ideally, you have experience with project management & supply chain management systems in the music industry context
