Junior Customer Support E-Commerce (m/w/d) on 538€ Basis

Thiru is one of the fastest-growing e-commerce companies in the kitchen and household sector and various categories bestseller on Amazon & Otto. With around 60,000 existing customers and over 300,000 followers on TikTok, we reach a unique cooking enthusiast target group. As a young e-commerce startup from the Sauerland region, we are looking for a Junior Marketing Manager for Amazon (m/w/d) at the earliest possible time.

Tasks

In your hands lies the independent processing and coordination of customer inquiries over our e-commerce channels (particularly marketplaces like Amazon)

You ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through solution-oriented and timely communication

You serve as a key interface between customers, logistics, sales, and internal teams

You support in the analysis of recurring customer requests and lead optimization opportunities

Ongoing maintenance and updating of support contents, response templates, and processes

You recognize trends, patterns, and anomalies in customer feedback and pass them on structuredly

Support for monitoring and reporting relevant support KPIs (e.g. response times, case resolution rates)

Participation in the quality assurance and continuous improvement of the Customer Experience

Qualification

First experiences in customer service, e-commerce, or digital environments are advantageous – what matters most is motivation and willingness to learn

You work independently, reliably, and responsibly

You enjoy structured working and keep track even with multiple inquiries

A strong sense of service-orientation and a friendly communication style

Interest in e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon, and their functionality

You are enthusiastic about digital processes, new tools, and trends in online retail

You possess excellent communicative skills and the ability to formulate matters clearly and understandably

You bring your own ideas for optimizing workflows and the Customer Experience

Safe handling of digital tools; social media affinity is a plus, but not a must
