Junior Kitchen Manager (Sous Chef)

Description About The Role We’re looking for a Junior Kitchen Manager/Sous Chef for our Papa John’s kitchen. Reporting to the Kitchen Manager/Head Chef, you will support the running of the kitchen and support in leading a team of up to 10. Making our guests smile is at the heart of our values, and you will ensure this happens consistently by ensuring that guests remain the central focus of all operational decisions. This will include resource planning, recruitment and selection, ensuring that we have the right people with the right skills in the right place at the right time. You will also be responsible for supporting the development of your team members, providing coaching and guidance to help them grow and develop in their roles. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will work closely with other departments to ensure that we are delivering exceptional service to our guests. This role is all about making sure that every guest leaves our restaurant feeling valued, respected and satisfied with their experience.
