Junior KI-QA Engineer / Quality Assurance Analyst (m/w/d)

We are the Agentur Philipp GmbH, a specialized digital agency focused on Applied AI and innovative KI solutions. We develop KI-based applications and systems for customers from Midsize, Enterprise, and Startups – from interactive KI agents to production-ready AI features in software products.

Tasks

• Support in ensuring the quality of KI applications and functions, including validation of ML/AI-based features and pipelines.
• Creation, execution, and documentation of test plans, test cases, and test scripts (manual and automated).
• Identification, tracking, and analysis of bugs, inconsistencies, and model deviations; communication of results to development teams.
• Participation in test strategies for KI behavior and output validation (e.g., robustness, bias checks, performance indicators).
• Contribution to the development and improvement of QA processes for non-deterministic KI components.
• Collaboration with product, development, DevOps, and data teams to ensure quality early in the development cycle.

Qualification

• Completed studies or equivalent training in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a similar technically oriented field.
• Fundamental experience with software testing, QA methods, and test automation.
• Interest in KI technologies, machine learning, and modern software development processes.
• First experiences with programming languages like Python and test frameworks are an advantage.
• Analytical thinking, accuracy in testing, and clear documentation skills.
• Team-oriented work style in an agile environment.
