Junior Key Account Manager & Tender Specialist – Welfare Aziendale Sector

e-work SpA, headquartered in Milan, is seeking a leading company in digital services and solutions for employee well-being, which supports businesses and workers with tools for benefit management, daily expenses, and job motivation. We are looking for a Junior Key Account & Tender. The resource will manage the entire process of enabling and monitoring the network of acceptance of meal vouchers, ensuring compliance with the KPIs set by the tender and internal procedures. Main activities - End-to-end management of the network of service providers (Consip). - Monitoring orders and KPIs on dedicated dashboards. - Coordination with internal teams (sales, geolocation, onboarding). - Support for contracting and verification of service provider documentation. - Management of customer/ beneficiary requests via CRM and dedicated email. - Reporting and management of first-level notifications. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in economic or related fields. - Experience in KAM, Tender, or Project Management roles. - Knowledge of tender processes (preferably Consip). - Excellent organizational and communication skills. - Good knowledge of CRM tools and KPI monitoring.
