Your Tasks

• You manage key accounts from the sectors of Drogerie, Elektrofachhandel and LEH independently and develop them strategically further.
• You exploit the full potential of your customers by continuously analyzing and optimizing the product range.
• You communicate proactively with your key accounts and steer the customer relationship through regular meetings, annual talks, and a forward-looking alignment to goals and potentials.
• You develop and implement sales-enhancing measures in cooperation with Trade Marketing.
• You plan the budget for your customer- and sales activities and keep it under control.
• You identify untapped potential and work with the team to win new customers.
• You prepare market data and turnover figures for internal decisions and customer presentations.

You Bring

• First professional experience in a comparable function in the FMCG/Drogerie/LEH sector.
• You convince through exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical thinking, as well as a solution- and result-oriented approach, are among your strengths.
• Zest for life, assertiveness, and negotiation strength characterize you.
• You are open to new things, empathetic, and a team player with a pronounced hands-on mentality.
