Junior Key Account Manager

This is a great opportunity for someone with 2-5 years of experience in a sales role in banking, who has completed a university degree or banking graduate program, and is fluent in German, Swiss German and English.

Your Role:

As a Junior Key Account Manager, you’ll work closely with senior colleagues to support and grow key client relationships. You’ll help prepare client meetings, ensure smooth coordination across departments, and actively contribute to building long-term partnerships.

Your key tasks

• Manage customer relationships in the Swiss German speaking region

• Assist in managing and developing key client accounts

• Prepare client presentations, proposals, and reports

• Identify, shape and present sales pitches

• Collaborate across teams to ensure excellent client service

• Identify opportunities for account growth and improvement

• Support client meetings and manage follow-up actions

• Maintain accurate client records and CRM data
