Tasks

Built Shopify shops and migrated: You build Shopify shops professionally from scratch — from conception to launch. Migrate existing shops cleanly onto Shopify, AI-supported, and without any losses.

Led customer workshops independently: You prepare workshops, lead them confidently, and document results directly usable — with a clear focus on measurable project progress.

Documented project progress meticulously: You maintain workflows, guidelines, and processes structured — and use AI tools to make documentation faster and more precise than ever before.

Analyzed shop and CRM You analyze performance data, recognize weaknesses, and lead concrete optimization measures — faster and deeper through KI-supported insights.

Planned and controlled sprints: You coordinate tasks in the team, set priorities correctly, and ensure that deadlines are met — without asking questions.

Maintained data and customer files: You keep all relevant information up-to-date and complete — as a basis for quick, well-founded decisions throughout the team.

Supported sales team as Shopify expert: You are the internal point of contact for all Shopify questions and ensure that offers and projects have a solid technical foundation.

Qualification

Shopify expertise: You know Shopify in-depth — themes, apps, checkout, migration — and move confidently in the E-commerce context.

Technical understanding: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid is present — you know what to adjust before you touch it.

Ai experience & Ai mindset — MUST HAVE: You have actively worked with KI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Shopify Magic, Zapier AI, etc.) and use them not as a toy, but as a real work amplifier. KI competence is for you not a bonus — it's your basic attitude.

Customer leadership: You lead customers safely through their projects — reliably, empathetically, and clearly in communication.

Precision and attention to detail: You work precisely — in workshops, in data maintenance, in communication. Complex matters bring you to the point with clarity.

Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten: You don't need reminders. You know what needs to be done when — and take care of it independently.

Strong communication: Excellent German in speech and writing. You communicate clearly, solution-oriented, and on eye level — internally as well as externally.

Solution orientation: If something doesn't work, you look for the next step — not an explanation. Even under pressure, you remain clear.

Language: Excellent German on C2 level is a prerequisite.
