You have first commercial experience in backend or solid foundations (Java / JVM / Kotlin), know the basics of Java (OOP, collections, exceptions, general understanding of JVM), understand how REST API and databases work, want to write high-quality code, not just 'because it works', can communicate in English (mail, call, daily cooperation).
