In our IT team, you will take responsibility for the operational daily business, support with Microsoft 365, Windows-Clients, user and rights management, and grow into a versatile role within internal IT.

Aufgaben

• You process IT tickets and support colleagues in 1st- and 2nd-Level-Support with questions about workplace, hardware, software, and access.
• You set up Windows-Clients, Notebooks, printers, and peripherals and support during onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective.
• You take over tasks in Microsoft-365-Administration, particularly for user accounts, groups, licenses, mailboxes, and permissions.
• You maintain inventory, documentation, and system information carefully and support with rollouts as well as internal IT projects.
• You analyze disturbances structuredly, prioritize requests sensibly, and work closely with the existing IT team.

Qualifikation

• First professional experience in IT-Support, IT-Administration or IT-Betrieb
• Safe handling of Windows-Clients as well as basic practice in a professional IT environment
• Experience with Microsoft 365, user management and permission topics
• Structured, service-oriented working style and pleasure in direct support for users
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
