To steer the growth of our company group and continue to drive it forward, we are looking for a Junior IT-Systemadministrator (m/w/d)

Function and Responsibilities

• Microsoft 365 Administration: Support in administering and further developing the Microsoft-365 environment within the company group.
• Microsoft Copilot & Digitalization: Participation in introducing, supporting, and further developing Microsoft Copilot as well as support in implementing modern digital work processes.
• IT-Support: Support in First- and Second-Level IT support for our partner companies and employees with technical questions.
• User and System Management: Installation and management of user accounts, permissions, and support in setting up hardware and software.
• IT Projects & Process Optimization: Participation in group-wide IT projects and support in continuously improving our IT landscape.
• Contact Person for Colleagues: Support with technical challenges and clear communication of IT topics in everyday work.

Skills and Experiences

• Vocational Training or Studies: Completed vocational training in the IT sector (e.g. Fachinformatiker for Systemintegration) or a study with an IT focus. Even motivated career changers are welcome.
• Microsoft-365-Knowledge: First-hand practical experience in handling Microsoft 365 and its associated administration surfaces.
• Copilot Affinity: Interest in modern AI solutions and ideally first contacts with Microsoft Copilot or comparable AI applications.
• IT Understanding: Basic knowledge in the areas of user management, IT support, hardware, and networks.
• Persönlichkeit: Communicative, service-oriented, and team-friendly. You enjoy supporting colleagues with technical topics.
• Learning Readiness: High self-motivation, learning readiness, and interest in further developing yourself professionally and personally.
