In this role, you will be the single point of contact within the company and ensure that our IT systems function reliably and can be used efficiently. Besides classic support requests, you will also take on more demanding tasks in 1st and 2nd level support. You will work in a modern, predominantly Microsoft-based IT environment and actively contribute to continuously developing our internal IT.

Aufgaben

• Zentrale Anlaufstelle für alle internen IT-Anfragen inkl. Analyse, Priorisierung und Bearbeitung von Störungen und Serviceanfragen im 1st & 2nd Level Support
• Kompetente Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden vor Ort, telefonisch und per Remote sowie IT-seitiges Onboarding & Offboarding von Kolleginnen und Kollegen
• Betreuung und Administration der Microsoft-basierten Systemlandschaft, insbesondere Active Directory/ Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online und Mobile Device Management (iOS & Android)
• Bereitstellung der funktionierenden Arbeitsplätze inklusive Hardwarebeschaffung, Notebooks, Peripherie und mobilen Endgeräten
• Sorgfältige Dokumentation aller Tätigkeiten im Ticketsystem sowie Pflege und Erweiterung der internen Knowledge Base
• Analyse wiederkehrender Störungen, aktive Mitarbeit an nachhaltigen Lösungen und enger fachlicher Austausch im Team
• Eigenverantwortliche Mitarbeit und Übernahme von Teilverantwortung in internen IT-Projekten, Rollouts und technischen Weiterentwicklungen

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erfahrung im 1st & 2nd Level Support, idealerweise in der internen IT
• Gute Kenntnisse mit Windows Betriebssystemen, Office Produkten (Microsoft 365) sowie Windows Servern
• Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Ausgeprägte Service- und Teamorientierung
