Aufgaben

Your tasks with us

• Be the first contact – Support our colleagues in 1st- and 2nd-level support and find pragmatic solutions for technical challenges.
• Keep systems running – Install, configure, and maintain clients, notebooks, and mobile devices.
• Manage identities – Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and other company systems.
• Support our infrastructure – Work on the maintenance and further development of our IT systems and cloud environments.
• Drive improvements – Accompany smaller IT projects, create documentation, and support automation and programming tasks.

Qualifikation

What we expect from you

• Completed IT training or comparable knowledge
• First experiences in IT support or system administration
• Basic knowledge of Windows systems, networks, and ideally Microsoft 365
• Interest in cloud technologies, automation, and modern IT infrastructure
• Structured and self-reliant working style and pleasure in solving technical challenges
• Team spirit, willingness to learn, and initiative
• Very good German and English skills
