Junior IT System Administrator (all genders welcome)

• As a Junior IT Administrator, you will support the maintenance, monitoring, and support of our IT infrastructure, thus ensuring smooth IT operations at headquarters and at our retail locations
• You will assist in user support in 1st level support
• You will provide on-site and remote support for our retail stores
• You will install and configure hardware and software
• You will perform simple maintenance tasks
• You will assist in the preparation and planning of new retail locations (IT equipment, hardware, network) and commission the IT infrastructure there
• You will document IT processes and maintain relevant documentation and reports
• You will maintain the IT inventory and train users on standard software
• You will participate in IT projects, working closely with various teams and external service providers
• You will ensure compliance with our IT security guidelines, standards, and processes

• You have basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
• You have initial experience with networks and IT security
• You enjoy solving problems and have a high willingness to learn
• You communicate clearly and convincingly – both internally and externally
• You organize yourself well, set the right priorities, and can realistically assess your workload
• You remain flexible when requirements or projects change
• You work carefully and handle data confidentially
• You are willing to travel regularly to our retail locations
