Junior IT Support (Entry-Level)

• Minimum knowledge in IT (entry-level);
• Ability to work in a team and communicate efficiently;
• Organizational skills and desire to learn;
• Prior experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.

• Installing IT equipment and providing support for the HACCP system;
• Installing and configuring dedicated applications for HACCP and WMS;
• Inventorizing IT equipment;
• Evidencing and maintaining IT equipment;
• Maintaining agreements (including on-call interventions, if necessary);
• Tech support for PC groups connected to the WMS system;
• Tech support for HACCP and WMS applications, including installation and support;
• Configuring and maintaining basic IT equipment.
