Junior IT Support (part-time)

• Experience: final year or master's student (preferably IT or Finance related);
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills;
• Fluent in English;
• Good communication, organizational, and attention to detail skills.

• Maintaining and reconciling IT asset records with Finance data;
• Verifying user changes and updating asset databases;
• Performing annual IT asset inventories, including movement tracking and discrepancy resolution;
• Managing the laptop warehouse and returned equipment;
• Preparing laptops and documentation for decommissioning, scrapping and recycling;
• Coordinating recycling activities and maintaining supporting records;
• Retrieving, scanning and archiving purchase, shipping and supporting documentation;
• Managing correspondence and related archiving activities;
• Supporting P2P teams with invoice and asset-related issues;
• Collaborating with RE&F and IT teams on asset processes and issue resolution.
