Responsibilities

• You categorize, prioritize, and process incoming service requests efficiently and in a solution-oriented manner
• You analyze existing IT infrastructures and customer environments to identify optimization potential
• You provide remote support to our customers and work with your colleagues on projects
• You handle disruptions, change requests, and general inquiries – always with a high standard of quality
• You create understandable and practical documentation as well as instructions for colleagues and customers
• You grow with us – through new challenges, further development, and active exchange within the team
• You use your creative freedom to contribute ideas and further develop our services and project processes
• You work independently, in a structured manner, and take responsibility for your tasks and projects

Qualifications

• You already have knowledge and practical experience in the administration of Windows client/server environments as well as cloud systems
• You are not only interested in technical topics, but also want to actively contribute to the further development of our products and the strategic direction of INVENTRY
• You have a strong hands-on mentality, enjoy delving into new topics, and continuously educate yourself
• Entrepreneurial thinking and strong customer orientation are among your strengths.
• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist (or a comparable qualification)
• You are a true team player and approach new challenges with enthusiasm
• You have very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
