Junior IT Service Manager (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

• Support in managing customer relationships and contributing to optimizing IT services
• Preparation and presentation of service reports as well as support for regular reporting
• Prior preparation and follow-up of service meetings including protocol management
• Participation in Service Level Management, particularly in monitoring and documenting customer-specific SLAs
• Support in identifying customer requirements and continuous improvement process
• Participation in communicating root cause analysis (RCA) and measures in problem management
• Support in preparing for and following up on audits and inspections
• Coordination with internal organizational units to ensure service quality

Qualifikation

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a degree in business informatics, business administration or comparable vocational training
• First professional experience (1-2 years) in the field of IT services or IT service management desired
• ITIL Foundation certification or willingness to obtain it shortly
• Fundamental understanding of IT infrastructures and services (colocation, managed, and cloud services)
• High level of service- and customer-orientedness as well as willingness to learn
• Structured and meticulous work style, team ability, and communication strength
• Fluent German and good English skills in writing and speaking
