Requirements

Superior studies completed (or master's degree available for full-time program).
Very good knowledge of the English language.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good knowledge of operating in Windows and MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Efficient personal organization and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Oriented towards results and attention to details.
Creativity and desire to learn.
A plus: knowledge of the LinkedIn platform and AI assistants (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini etc.).

Job Description

Responsibilities / Activities

Detailed analysis of requirements for candidate profiles.
Identifying and contacting suitable candidates through our own database, recruitment portals, and social networks (especially LinkedIn).
Prospecting the market and attracting new candidates through research and online networking activities.
Conducting the initial phone screening with candidates.
Presenting and promoting job opportunities convincingly to candidates.
Creating and updating interview reports and presentation CVs for clients.
Maintaining constant communication with candidates and building long-term relationships.
Participating in interviews together with Senior Recruiter or Business Manager.
